Working Student (m/f/d) Project Management

Aufgaben:

You will support our project management with the tracking of work packages and the preparation and creation of reports and presentations in the respective tools (PowerPoint, SAP, E-mail, Teams, Excel) You will structure and manage tasks in parallel projects The preparation and participation in presence and video-meetings including moderation or creating of meeting minutes will also be part of your tasks Even more: You will communicate via chat and e-mail with those involved in the projects to document and coordinate work results In addition you can actively support our team by the creation and maintenance of project documentation

Qualifikation:

Currently full-time studies in media, communication, business administration, finance or IT Technical affinity and willingness to familiarize yourself with IT topics Experience with project tools (MS Project, MindManager) is advantageous Good knowledge and skills in dealing with the Microsoft 365 package Very good language skills in German and English (written and spoken) Intercultural competence and talent for diplomacy Independent, reliable way of working Structured work and organizational talent Efficient time management Keep calm even in stressful situations Enthusiastic team player in a constantly changing subject and field of activity
