Working student in Global Talent Acquisition (f/m/d)

Aufgaben:

* Support the Global Talent Acquisition team in developing and implementing recruiting initiatives and projects across different countries and regions * Assist in optimizing and further developing global recruitment processes, standards, applicant system, and tools * Support the development of recruitment materials, communication activities, and employer branding initiatives * Assist in maintaining and improving digital recruiting channels, career pages, and other Talent Acquisition platforms

Qualifikation:

* Enrolled student at a university or college, ideally studying Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Communication, Marketing, or a comparable field * Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, and Employer Branding * Good communication skills and ability to create clear and engaging content * Proactive, structured, and independent working style with strong organizational and teamwork skills * Confident use of MS Office tools * Very good written and spoken English skills as the main communication language within the team is English
