Aufgaben:

Support to define KPIs and thresholds for IT Infrastructure Services Supporting IT Service Management & Integration team foundations Preparation of management reports, decision-making papers Support of IT projects and task forces in communication, organization and analytic tasks Exploration of AIOps Exposure to central ITSM ServiceNow platform and working on services analysis Support in preparation of the cost-benefit analysis in Excel and PowerPoint Support in documentation of the process steps, improvements of processes Support in tracking and documentation of audit findings Collaboration across within IT and cross-functions, internal audit, finance, IT support, procurement

Qualifikation:

Ideally experience in project management (PMO), IT Service Management, ITIL processes Studies related to Computer Science/Math/Science/Engineering or related field of study Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite of services Good interpersonal and communication skills, positive and creative thinking Good team player, and collegial attitude Proficiency in English (both reading and writing)
