Internship Aircraft Maintenance Project Management

Aufgaben:

Your internship will be based right in the aircraft hangar, and you'll work alongside maintenance colleagues to support projects and optimize existing processes. You'll learn about the important role that processes and procedures play in aircraft maintenance You'll learn how important the human factor and cross-departmental collaboration are to ensuring these processes work effectively Your responsibilities will include managing smaller projects on-site, supporting process analysis and optimization, and handling day-to-day tasks

For this reason, in addition to analytical and conceptual skills, a high level of interpersonal skills is required. To complete an internship at our company, you must be in at least your third semester of study at the time of the internship Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (current enrollment certificate and a written proof of mandatory internship must be included with the application) or the internship must take place between your bachelor's and master's programs (gap year) Excellent analytical skills, quick comprehension, and organizational talent Methodological expertise in project management Strong sense of initiative, flexibility, and responsibility Empathy and enjoyment of working with people Strong communication and teamwork skills Enjoyment and creativity in developing innovative solutions Good computer skills (MS Office) For more information, see our FAQs .
