Aufgaben:
You will initially analyze and evaluate data to generate valuable insights, aiding in decision-making processes within the Customer Relationship Management team Subsequently, you will create and prepare engaging presentations that effectively communicate these insights to stakeholders and team members Additionally, you will collaborate with various teams within Digital People Solutions, contributing your unique perspective to drive IT projects aimed at enhancing customer experiences As part of your role, you will also support with commercial topics such as monitoring charging or contract statuses, ensuring smooth operational workflow Finally, you will actively participate in creating and managing opportunities in Salesforce on behalf of the CRM team, gaining practical experience in customer relationship management tools
Qualifikation:
Education: You are currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field with a focus on digital solutions or customer relationship management Experience & Skills: You have experience working with MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Organizational skills with a strong attention to detail Experience with MS SharePoint and Power BI is considered an advantage Ways of working: You are adaptable, agile, and enjoy working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Languages: Excellent written and spoken English, German language skills are a advantage for this role
