Working Student (f/m/d) Digital & Immersive Learning Portfolio Support (Power Academy)

Aufgaben:

You support the planning, scheduling, and reporting of digital and immersive learning projects, ensuring that key milestones and deliverables are tracked effectively Building on this, you coordinate meetings and workshops with stakeholders, facilitating smooth communication across international and cross-functional teams Additionally, you help maintain project plans, status reports, risk logs, and portfolio dashboards to provide transparent updates to the team You further assist in preparing management presentations, business cases, and decision documents by gathering relevant data and insights Finally, you contribute to the organization of pilot projects, customer engagements, and co-creation sessions, actively supporting the rollout of innovative learning solutions

Qualifikation:

Education : You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master program in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science or a related field Experience and Skills : Strong interest in project management, digital learning, generative AI and immersive technologies Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, AI tools and data analytics platforms Knowledge of electrification, automation, learning technologies or AI is an advantage Ways of Working : You demonstrate excellent organizational skills, analytical thinking and attention to detail, and enjoy working independently as well as in cross-functional international teams Languages : You possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English
