Working Student (f/m/d) Tools and Reporting

Aufgaben:

You support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of new use case and existing tools and reporting solutions using Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate You collaborate with data owners and stakeholders to identify requirements and implement the solutions You support data quality checks, consistency through validation, and performance optimization of existing tools and reports (e.g. Power BI, Power Apps, Excel) You create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, reporting logic, and data model descriptions You support ad-hoc analyses, data visualizations, and business reporting requests

Qualifikation:

You are currently enrolled in a master's degree in business informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field You have initial hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform; Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI You have good knowledge of SQL and experience working with structured data You bring basic understanding of data modeling, reporting, and data visualization with you A familiarity with AI-powered tools and technologies (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) is considered a plus You are fluent in English; German language skills are a plus You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a structured and detail-oriented approach to work You have good understanding of data structures, relational databases, and reporting concepts also proficiency with Microsoft applications, including SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint You have strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and methodologies as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in an international environment
