Working Student (f/m/d) Application Support & Change Development

Aufgaben:

You support in customer service project management via the software application "bridge" on the ServiceNow platform You help to manage setups and change requests for factory installation checklists You support the customisation of the layout and configuration of the user interface for the Factory Installation Checklists as well as the recording and documentation of additional user requirements You can look forward to working closely with our agile software development team

Qualifikation:

You are successfully studying in a technical/engineering field, e.g. informatics, media sciences, medical engineering/technology or a related engineering field You are at least for one year available You have very good MS Office skills and you are confident in dealing with IT systems, ideally you have basic knowledge of databases or software architectures You have a high affinity for IT and ideally some experience in coding/programming You have a very good command of written and spoken English, knowledge of German is an advantage You are interested in agile development methods (e.g. Scrum) You have analytical thinking skills and a structured way of working Does that sound like you?
