Working Student (f/m/d) Service Manager and Value Assessment Assistant

Aufgaben:

You support the preparation and execution of application value assessments, ensuring structured value reporting for our internal stakeholders Subsequently, you actively assist the service management team, for example by conducting application portfolio analyses and identifying optimization potentials Building on this, you contribute to service-related marketing efforts, such as drafting newsletter articles or creating concise application one-pagers Throughout your tasks, you bring your own ideas and suggestions to the team with enthusiasm and engage collaboratively to drive continuous improvement

Qualifikation:

Education : You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Informatics, Informatics, Business Administration, Business Engineering, Psychology or a related field of study Experience and Skills : You are experienced with MS Office 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint You have hands-on experience using state-of-the-art AI technology to increase productivity You ideally have knowledge of SharePoint or LowCode technology (e.g. Mendix) Ways of Working : You demonstrate strong communication skills, work autonomously, collaborate well in teams and have a structured, analytical approach Languages : You are fluent in English and German
