Working Student (f/m/d) in Shareholder Controlling - PMO Support for Integration & Carveout Projects

Aufgaben:

You support the Project Management Office (PMO) by assisting in integration and carveout projects, ensuring smooth workflows and reliable documentation Building on this, you prepare project-specific presentations and documents to communicate key information effectively to stakeholders Subsequently, you track project status, monitor milestones, and maintain accurate records to help keep all parties informed In addition, you update and manage project reporting tools such as Power BI, contributing to the transparency and clarity of ongoing activities Finally, you collaborate with national and international stakeholders by preparing, analyzing, and presenting relevant project data and KPIs

Qualifikation:

Education : You are currently enrolled in a degree program such as business informatics, business administration, or a related field Experience and Skills : You have good knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Power BI, Teams, and Visio You possess strong analytical thinking and are eager to develop professional skills in project management You are experienced in preparing presentations and project documentation Ways of Working : You demonstrate a high level of initiative, reliability, accuracy, and a structured way of working, complemented by team spirit and strong communication skills Languages : You have good German and English language skills, both spoken and written
