Working student (f/m/d) transformation & digital services

Aufgaben:

As a working student (f/m/d), you will become part of our Digital Services team in Mobility Customer Services starting in september and gain hands-on experience in transformation, operations, and strategy. You will support exciting project and change management activities that help shape the future of our digital business. You will turn data into insights by preparing qualitative and quantitative analyses, evaluations, and clear management summaries. You will help drive internal communication and collaboration across a global team of more than 200 colleagues. You will contribute to strategy processes and strategic projects, giving you direct exposure to key business topics and decision-making. You will support the planning and coordination of strategic workshops and help create formats where ideas become action.

Qualifikation:

You are currently enrolled in a master's program in business, finance, communication management, engineering, or a related field. You are curious about transformation, strategy, digital business, communication, or consulting-and ideally have already gained first practical experience in one of these areas. You enjoy working with data, structuring complex topics, and turning insights into clear visuals or presentations for management audiences. You work reliably, and with attention to detail, while also enjoying collaboration in an international team. You are confident using PowerPoint and Excel; experience with additional digital tools is a plus. You communicate fluently in English; German language skills are helpful but not mandatory.
