Working Student in a functional Academy at Allianz SE (m/f/d)

Aufgaben:

Support the Program Manager in organizing and delivering the P&C Academy trainings, Webinars, e-Learnings. Coordinate operational activities with local Allianz Companies on global level in support of the delivery of programs, including e-learnings and face-to-face trainings. Prepare hardware and software required to deliver training programs. Coordinate with vendors regarding the procurement of training materials. Maintain and update P&C Academy intranet page. Support the maintenance of training content in our dedicated IT portal. Support the creation of reports and analysis. Additional tasks can be assigned based upon capabilities.

Qualifikation:

Proficiency in the use of software, i.e., Microsoft Office Suite tools - specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and web-based programs. Proactive mindset, good attention to detail and a sense of academic rigor and willingness working independently. Openness to creative and innovative solutions, as well as a passion for working with forward-thinking technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT. Strong English language skills, knowledge of additional languages is also very helpful. At least one year's work experience in a corporate environment. Interest in gaining working experience in a corporate functional learning academy for a large and complex global organization. This is an opportunity for learning and personal development through coaching and mentoring of the senior members of the team. Our working students enjoy a very collegial atmosphere. Prerequisite: You are enrolled at a university during the contract period.
