Aufgaben:
* Support the day-to-day running of our programs. * Help organize the logistics for workshops, events, and founder activities (room setup, tech checks, catering, visitor registration, on-site support). * Prepare program materials such as slides, templates, handouts, and reports. * Keep our internal tools and data up to date (e.g. Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace). * Manage our startup benefits program: stay in contact with our partners, keep offers and contacts up to date, and resolve access issues for startups. * Support our marketing, for example drafting LinkedIn posts on program highlights and founder success stories. * Work closely with a wide range of people: our program manager, external partners hosting events, workshop leaders, and the building and events team at our location.
Qualifikation:
* Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, ideally in business, innovation management, or a related field. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Proactive, reliable, and able to juggle several tasks at once independently. * Confident communication in English (German is a plus). * Comfortable building clear slides and documents. * Interest in startups, entrepreneurship, and innovation is a plus, not a requirement. * Experience with tools like Notion, Airtable, or Google Workspace is an advantage.
