Working Student (f/m/d) - Digital Sales Channel - Governance and Commercial Excellence

Aufgaben:

You support the analysis and modelling of digital sales channel processes by assisting with workshops, documenting process flows, and identifying inconsistencies within customer and seller journeys Building on this, you help prepare content and materials for Commercial Enablement Sessions, while also updating internal and external guides for marketplace sellers Additionally, you conduct research on legal and business-related topics, analyze contracts and documentation, and summarize your findings for the team To ensure smooth communication, you assist with email correspondence, participate in meetings, and take detailed minutes to share key takeaways with relevant stakeholders

Qualifikation:

Education : You are currently enrolled in a university program in Business Information Systems, Management and Technology, Business Administration with a focus on Process Management, Business Analysis or Digital Transformation, Law, or a related field Experience and Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and familiarity with AI tools Experience in documenting business requirements and process flows (e.g., BPMN2.0, Signavio) Strong skills in business process analysis, research, and synthesizing complex information Ways of Working : You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and demonstrate a structured and proactive work style as a motivated team player Languages : Excellent written and spoken English skills; German is an advantage
